Machine Shop

Welding Area
Valve components are joined together or addition of filler material for wear resistant through MIG, TIG and ARC welding from IBR Certified welders.
Assembly
Technicians follow a specific procedure using special tools and wrenches to ensure a proper fit and function.
Testing
Valves are tested under various standards ASME B16.34, API 598, providing guidelines for valve testing procedures and acceptance criteria.
Painting Booth
Provides controlled environment that minimises contamination from dust fumes and other air borne particles in controlled temperature.
Paintaing Area
The Painting sector focuses on preparing and coating valve surfaces to protect them from corosion and enhance their durability.
Stores
Critical area responsible for organised storage and issue management of raw materials & components. Ensures smooth flow and maintaining inventory.
Quality
Responsible for ensuring products meet specified standards and customer requirements throughout manufacturing process Incoming. In process, Assembly, Testing and final through Quality management system.
Surface Cleaning
This section is crucial area dedicated to surface preparation, cleaning, phospating and blackening.
